Purchased the wrong product/the wrong number of users

If the submitted order was not for the product/number of PCs you wish to have, we can switch the license key from the order with one valid as per your request. Please use this form to send us the license key that you have now and do not forget to inform us which product you would like to use instead/for how many PCs.

Note:  We strongly recommend that you choose your product carefully when you submit your purchase! However, if you decide to go for the exchange, we will take into consideration the price difference between versions when we determine the validity period of  the product you wish to have, according to your request subbmited through Issue Description.
