Deployment errors

 

Summary:

The article enumerates the common errors you may receive when you deploy BitDefender products from BitDefender Management Server.

Detailed description:

Error 9103 - BitDefender Management Agent is already installed on the machine. Any attempt to deploy BitDefender Management Agent will finish with this error.

Error 1603 - Fatal error during installation. This error occurs when the system does not meet the system requirements for the product you are trying to deploy or the package is corrupted. The troubleshooting steps are presented here

Error code 67: Network name not found. You are deploying on Windows XP Home Edition or Windows Vista Home Basic. These operating systems do not support automatic deployment.

Log off network - The computer is turned off or it does not respond to ping command because of the Firewall.

Running deployment process - BitDefender Business Client is already installed or another installation is in progress.

Could not deliver the package - No network provider accepted the given network path.
  • File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks is disabled.
  • Server service is stopped on the remote machine.
  • Workstation service is stopped on the local machine.
