After a recent product update the Firewall driver has been modified causing the Internet Connection to stop working. The situation has already been fixed by our team. At the moment the patch solving this issue has been released through Live Update! However there are cases where the solution has to be applied manually.
In order to apply the patch please follow the steps presented below:
A. Run the following patch:
STEP AB. Restart the computer.
C. Perform a product update (important) - From the Security Center hit Update now
D. Restart the computer.
E. Run the second patch:
STEP EF. Restart the computer.
