Update for BitDefender Security for Mail Servers

Issue:

Following the recent release of BitDefender Security for Mail Servers version 2.1-4, users that have version 2.1-3 installed on the email server might experience some update errors caused by the new Antispam signatures.

Solution:

There are two possible ways to avoid these update situations:

A. MAINTAIN VERSION 2.1-3: in order to keep this version you need to login as root an run the following commands:

# /opt/BitDefender/bin/bdsafe registry setkey \
/BDUX/LiveDaemon/UpdateLocations/linux-gcc3x-i586-mail-213 /opt/BitDefender/var

# /opt/BitDefender/bin/bdsafe registry setkey \
/BDUX/LiveDaemon/UpdateLocations/linux-gcc3x-i586-common-213 /opt/BitDefender/var

B. UPGRADE TO VERSION 2.1-4: the new version is available for download here.
