This indicates some type of corruption in the file that contains group information. To resolve this, please do the following:
- On the Enterprise Manager server, close the Enterprise Manager console;
- Open Windows Services, and stop the service named BitDefender Server;
- Go to the following location, and rename the file groups.dat to groups.OLD: C:\Program Files\Softwin\BitDefender Enterprise Manager\BitDefender Server;
- Open Windows Services, and start the service named BitDefender Server;
- Open the BitDefender Enterprise Management console;
- You will then need to recreate any groups that you had previously defined.
