Troubleshooting time-out error during Service Pack installation from the Internet
Issue:
Installing Windows 2000 Server Service Pack 4 directly from a download passing through a Microsoft ISA 2000 Server protected by BitDefender fails due to a timed-out error.
Solution:
To allow installation, include microsoft.com in the list of URL White List.
